Refund & Return Policy

At Acupressure Store, we genuinely care about your experience. We want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us — no stress, no worries. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

  • The product has no visible signs of damage

  • All original packaging is intact and undamaged

If the item shows signs of use or damage, we may not be able to accept the return.

Note: Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases


Return Process

To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@acupressure.store with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photo of the product (if needed)

Our team will guide you through the process based on our policy above.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you're returning an item worth over $99, please use a trackable shipping service or consider shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your item without tracking.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll email you to confirm receipt and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to reflect. If it’s delayed:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment app

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Still nothing? Email us at support@acupressure.store, and we’ll help sort it out


Gifts

Returning a gift? If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. A digital gift card will be emailed to you.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us at support@acupressure.store within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage

We use delivery timestamps to review claims, so it's important to report issues within the 48-hour window.
